offers a 200 hour and 500 hour certification programs in Hatha Yoga
These programs are designed for those who
- plan to teach traditional Hatha Yoga
- incorporate yoga into a health-related career
- or for those seeking to deepen their personal practice and understanding of yoga without the intention of teaching
When you have completed the 200-hour certification program you may register with the Yoga Alliance to become a registered yoga teacher (RYT).
When you have completed the 500-hour certification program you may apply to the Yoga Alliance to become a (500-RYT) or 2000 hours of teaching experience to qualify you for the (500-ERYT).
